This is patterned after a similar development in America where alumni are housed in retirement communities near their former alma mater. This arrangement provides inter-generational learning opportunities as well as internships and externships for college students in the campus. This project is expected to last for 18 months and might be completed 2012 or 2013 depending on the volume of reservations that will be received.
