I am giving this site the top possible rating for its excellent advice and tips when choosing a retirement community. The important distinction is deciding whether to stay in a 55-year-old or under versus staying in 55-year-old or over retirement community. First-mentioned community consists mostly of still active seniors while the second group will mostly be composed of elderly seniors (hopefully not sickly). There are many restrictions living in a retirement condominium and these trade-offs include such things as visitation rights from children and grandchildren, having pets, shuttle services to malls and security guards. There is some psychological benefit in staying in a retirement condo because studies have shown people who have active social interaction tend to live longer and healthier lives. Just learn to avoid nosy and cranky and grumpy aging neighbours.

Summary:
This site offers retirement living in the Philippines with all the amenities for retired seniors. It entices retirees with promises of a lower cost of living (since the Philippines is a poor third-world country) but does not mean lower standards of living. Medical facilities are located conveniently nearby and the entire high-rise condominium is exclusively for all its residents only. It is unlike other condos that are mixed-use which do not provide the privacy and exclusivity preferred by most retirees. The building itself has a good view and the first and second floors are commercial to provide added convenience for retirees’ daily needs. This is designed to keep seniors actively independent while giving the companionship of peers. A helping hand always nearby and a sympathetic ear keeps the blues of retirement life away!
